Methods of Payment
The online registration facility allows payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Alternatively if you wish to pay by cheque or EFT (Direct Deposit) please complete the online registration form and choose the “Registration without Payment” option and a tax invoice will be provided. All rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Registration Acknowledgement
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing and a tax invoice provided.
Payment Policy
It is a condition of registering that all payments are settled prior to attendance at the Conference. If payment has not been received at the commencement of the Conference, payment will be required at the registration desk to enable the delegate to attend Conference sessions and the Conference Dinner.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference organiser. Cancellations received prior to 30 September 2009 will receive a full refund less $110 cancellation fee. Registration refunds after 30 September 2009 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Replacement delegates are welcome, but must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred. Venue & Accommodation The Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney is the Conference venue. All rooms have been allocated from the negotiated room block.
Accommodation will now need to be booked and managed by the individual delegate.

Any changes to a an exisitng reservation booked online during registration must be notified through the Conference Organiser and not directly with the hotel. If you have made the booking directly with the hotel, please direct any changes to Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Reservations.
Booking Deadline
The deadline for accommodation reservations is 30 September 2009. Reservations received after that date will be accepted but we cannot guarantee availability of rooms.
Cancellation
Cancellations made after 30 September 2009 on accommodation bookings are non-refundable. Conference DinnerThe Conference Dinner will be held at the Sydney Opera House on Friday 30 October.
Conference Dinner tickets are available to be purchased for your guest.

In accordance with the Privacy Act and Spam Act we advise that the information provided in completing your registration form will be held in a database on a secure server by the Conference Organiser (Avanti Events Pty Ltd) for the purpose of managing the Conference. It is the intention to use this information to provide a list of delegates to the organising committee and fellow delegates. Following the Conference the database will be returned to Medical Deans Australia and New Zealand. At no time will the database be given or sold to any third party. Please indicate on the online registration form if you do not want your details to be included in the delegate list.
